Lighting Lab is a live 3D render, and a 3D render is blank on paper. The button marked EXPORT PDF in the top bar writes the setup sheet instead: every light with its modifier, distance, height, power and metered f-stop, the stop differences between them, the top-down plan of the room, and the exposure the viewfinder is set to.

That sheet is the one to take on set, and the one to hand out in a classroom.
